Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are an adult buying on behalf of yourself or your household.

Products & Pre-Orders

Brainy Bears are dietary supplement gummies. Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate but do not warrant that all content is error-free.

Pre-orders.Pre-order items have not yet shipped. Estimated ship dates (for example, “ships this July”) are good-faith estimates and may change. We will let you know if there is a significant delay, and you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Pricing & Orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Discount codes (such as PREORDER15) are applied at checkout and may have conditions or expiration dates. We may correct errors and refuse or cancel an order — including after it is placed — for example if a product or price was listed incorrectly. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.

Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. Shipping timelines are estimates and begin once an order is fulfilled. If you are not happy with your order, email us at hello@mybrainybears.com and we will do our best to make it right. For safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of opened consumable products.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. This site and its content — including the Brainy Bears name, logo, text, graphics, and the gummy-bear artwork — are owned by Brainy Bears LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, except for those that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including any non-excludable consumer guarantees).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
