You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are an adult buying on behalf of yourself or your household.
Products
Brainy Bears are dietary supplement gummies. Product descriptions, ingredients, and images are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate but do not warrant that all content is error-free.
Pricing & Orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Discount codes are applied at checkout and may have conditions or expiration dates. We may correct errors and refuse or cancel an order — including after it is placed — for example if a product or price was listed incorrectly. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.
Payment & Shipping
Payments for orders placed through our website are processed through Shopify. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping on orders of two or more bottles from our store is applied automatically at checkout. Any other shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery estimates are shown when available. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped items. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days or provide that same choice.
Returns & Order Support
If you are not satisfied with an order from our website, contact us at hello@mybrainybears.com within 30 days of purchase and we will work with you to make it right. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Contact us before sending any product back. For safety reasons, we may be unable to accept physical returns of opened consumable products; please contact us about your concern even if the bottle has been opened. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Purchases made through Amazon or a local retailer are subject to that seller’s checkout, shipping, and return policies. Contact the seller for help with those orders.
